Right now, OffbookHR is in free beta — we have no sponsors and no active affiliate links. What follows is how it will work if that changes.
OffbookHR is the personal HR department that belongs to you. Your feedback, reflections, and career record are never sold, never used to target ads, and never handed to your employer. A business that quietly monetized your data would defeat the entire point.
Some resources we recommend — books, courses, tools — may carry an affiliate link, meaning we’d earn a commission if you buy. The recommendation always comes first, chosen on merit; the link attaches second, and it’s disclosed right where you see it. Affiliate links never carry your account, email, or session data.
Where commercial placements never appear
Some surfaces stay clean, always — free and paid alike. No sponsor, no affiliate link, no exception:
- The feedback you give or receive.
- Your reflections.
- Your leader record.
- Aggregated feedback views.
- Your self-assessments.
